Types Of Stress
As we all know, there are many different types of stress. It can come from the home, the workplace, school, relationships, and even family. The next section lists briefly the positive aspects of each of the previously listed types of stress.
Stress in the home is one of the worst kinds you can have, because the home is supposed to be a place to relax and unwind. In a strange way, stress in the home can motivate you to go out. It can motivate you to get a job, or to meet with relatives, family or friends.
Stress in the workplace is also not good, except that maybe if your boss is stressing you out, it will motivate you to get your work done in order to get him off your back. Stress in the workplace can help you with the inspiration you need to finally quit that nine-to-five job and get the job you've always dreamed of.
Stress at school is actually good; if you're stressing from schoolwork, you're learning. It might be a little hard to get used the hang of at first, but once you learn and understand the material, you'll be glad you did, and stress is most likely what encouraged you to learn it.
Relationship stress will help you work the kinks out of your relationship. Maybe you and your spouse will discuss your problems and things will work out.
Relationship stress may also be letting you know that it's time for a change; maybe it's time to move onto something different, something that is mentally better for you.
What Causes Stress?
Stress lets your mind and body know that there is something wrong, and that something needs to be done. Stress brings unconscious problems to the forefront of your mind, and when this happens, it's time to solve the problem. Stress does not go away by being ignored; it has to be taken care of.
Stress can often cause headaches, physical ailments, and can sometimes even cause women to not have their menstrual cycle or to be late. You'll know the symptoms. You'll feel tired and helpless, and sometimes you'll get angry for no reason. Just know that it is temporary, but you're the only one who can take care of your stress.
Take it as motivation, not a problem. Stress will fill you up inside anyway, so why not channel it toward a positive move? Don't let it get you down. This is hard and will take effort, but once you get eliminate it, you'll feel great.
