Drinking & Eating
- Stop drinking coffee and any hard alcohol. Increase water intake – 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day.
- Focus of getting 5 -7 servings of green vegetables and fruits per day to increase alkaline mineral stores.
- Eat more protein because protein is the only nutrient which build neurotransmitters. 0.5 to 1.0 grams per pound of body weight.
- Many people should restrict dairy and wheat. Eliminate: white flour, refined sugar, and fast foods.
Rebuilding Nerve Power
- Exercise burns stress hormones and nervous energy. 3 -4 times per week for thirty minutes is a great start.
- Make a sleep a priority. Set a regular cycle, use a quiet, dark, and cool room.
- Take massage or do it yourself. Take hot/cold showers. Do deep breathing and progressive relaxation.
